In the next five years, automated machines are expected to take over tens of thousands of jobs that involve performing repetitive tasks. Talented workers will be freed from having to work menial jobs, and companies will increase the speed and accuracy of their work output.

Increase production
According to the Robots and the Economic: The Role of Automation in Driving Productivity Growth report, robots increase a company’s production by at least 10%. Most companies see the largest increase in the early stages of robot use. In addition, the number of hours that employees must work decreases significantly when they use robots for assistance.

More accurate
Robots are computer programmed to perform manual tasks continuously and indefinitely. They can perform the same tasks a million times and each time correctly. Most robots guarantee 100% accuracy rates and do not require assistance from supervisors.

More environmentally conscious
Robots use virtually no paperwork and perform most of their work electronically. A computer system can hold millions of computer files without taking notes, printing computer files, and wasting paper in general.

More trustworthy and honest
Robots never lie, cheat or steal from their employers or coworkers. They are guaranteed to remain ethical and loyal to their duties without having to take shortcuts. They are less likely to be terminated or receive warnings and will not damage the company’s reputation.

Work harder
Robots can work 24 hours and seven days a week without stopping for a break. They can be plugged into electrical outlets and run day and night continuously. Robots are machines that never need to take time off for breaks or meals. However, they need to be maintained regularly or face a serious malfunction that may need an expensive repair.

Do not cause trouble
Many companies have problems with one or more insubordinate employees. Robotic machines do not participate in unethical behaviors that could reduce their productivity levels at work. In other words, they do not harass their coworkers, talk back to employers, or file lawsuits against the company.

The future of robotics
The future of robotic technology and artificial intelligence is being incorporated into every industry. Robotics are mainly used in factories and plants that require the use of dangerous, heavy-duty machinery. Today, this technology is being used to streamline mundane tasks that are necessary to operate businesses.
